Sophie's Tutoring

I'm currently a student at Northwestern University studying Data Science and Integrated Marketing. I specialize in Mathematics, English, and Academic Test Preparation, and I bring an interactive, conversational approach to every session. Rather than lecturing, I ask questions, work through problems together with my students, and encourage them to think out loud — because real understanding comes from engagement, not memorization.

A typical lesson starts with a quick check-in on what's clicking and what's not, followed by targeted practice on the concepts that need the most attention. I adapt my explanations on the fly based on how a student responds, so no two lessons look exactly alike.
