Great Writing

Since 1980, I have edited a bimonthly magazine and a newsletter.

I work extensively with beginning writers choosing a topic, formulating a plan and executing a writing project.

When I tutor speaking, reading, or writing, I look for the level of competency, zero in on what is holding the person back, and develop a personal set of goals and the steps necessary to achieve them.

Each person is a whole world. Seeing a student master the English language is similar to watching a plane take off for some far away destination. It is thrilling.
