Max At SoFlo SAT Tutors

Hi, I'm Max, and I love working with students! A fun fact about me is that I once ran a mile in 4:20. The most rewarding part of tutoring for me is when a new concept “clicks” with a student - their excitement is contagious, and it’s a privilege to be able to help them reach that point! On a more personal level, I am an enthusiastic and outdoorsy type of person!

I partner with students on a one-on-one basis in the SAT and ACT through SoFlo Tutors, my tutoring agency. I scored in the top percentile on both exams, graduated from Willamette University with a degree in Political Science, and have been tutoring with SoFlo for 3 years. We follow a model of analysis, strategy, and practice, so that we spend the most time where you need the most help, so that your score increases as much as possible!
