I will be helping students with their English needs whether that be writing or reading. I have been tutoring for 3 years in the San Jose, CA area and currently helping students in Las Vegas, NV. Some of my previous pupils are on their way to college as we speak. It is a passion for me to see my students succeed not just in school but in their own lives. I am a student in Las Vegas on route to receiving my Business Degree. As I go on, I try and teach my pupils leadership and confidence in their work.
I enjoy seeing my students succeed in life and academics. For me it has been an honor teaching the students I have in the past. Seeing the growth from when we first started to when they are ready to blossom on their own has been very special and meaningul to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First getting to know my new pupil and what suits them is the most important part. Creating a bond between the pupil and I gives both of us an easier understanding on how the student works. Being able to know what works and what doesn't work is extremely important in a student's education.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in school studying a business degree which includes critical writing and understanding of in depth writing. I have had students in different situations and have adjusted to their learning and used that to better myself as a tutor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is flexible and depends on what the student needs. I am more than happy to negotiate with the parent about pricing.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching by helping my younger relatives with their schoolwork. Given the opportunity, I am more than happy to help them with their needs.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with younger students ranging from early stages of learning to high school level learning.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At a time before this pandemic, I traveled to Europe and had a wonderful time in Paris, London, Florence, and Rome. There are many memories that were created and sometimes I often think about those very fun times.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
A student should think about what is needed first rather than the wants. It is very important for a student to know and understand what they need to work on before doing acting on it.
