Frequently asked questions

I work with students to understand what their current strengths and weaknesses are. From there we establish both short term and long term goals for success and consistently adapt based on the progress being made.

I graduated from Oregon State University with degrees in both Computer Science and Economics with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.

$45 an hour for 2 sessions a week per student. The length of the session can vary based on what the student wants. Usually atleast 1 to 2 hours is ideal

I tutored students regularly throughout both high school and college, varying from SAT prep, AP class assistance, to helping with understanding scopes for large projects they may be working on.

I've worked with all types of students ranging from struggling students looking to improve grades to students who just want to learn more outside the classroom.

Whenever you find yourself stuck in a situation where you can't understand a problem or concept. Just take a minute to walk through it slowly and if possible use your resources to help come to a solution. By taking the time with a tutor to understand something it can help be a building block for the following concepts and courses that will follow.

Ask questions and be honest about what you feel you need to improve on. By being fully transparent I can help you as best as I can
