We are a full service in home and online private tutoring company. We services all of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and New York City. As the owner, I am a former private school teacher, Head of School, and parent. I hire only the best, most accomplished, and most understanding tutors, and I work closely with families to understand a students needs and goals and align their tutor and tutoring experience to help them achieve at thier very best.

We have tutors for all subjects with all K-12 curriculum as well as test prep. Math, English reading and writing support, science, history, and world language. Our tutors are also experts in test prep for the New York regents, SHSAT, ISEE, SSAT, SAT, and ACT. Our prices are fair and reflect the very high quality of our tutors and teachers.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Our tutors generally will come to the students place but can meet at a local library or coffee shop, and of course, we are happy to meet for a video session. You will call Paul to arrange for a tutoring session, and he will place you with an ideal tutor and schedule, and follow-up to ensure efficacy and success.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 20 years as a private school English teacher and administrator at highly competitive New York City private schools. I hold a Master's degree in English from the University of South Carolina and in Education from Columbia University.

Depending on the scope and frequency of work, I generally charge between $125-200 per one hour session.

How did you get started teaching?

I was an English teacher at a boarding school.
