I graduated Columbia University with a degree in Engineering and have 6+ years of experience working as a private tutor and also as an undergraduate TA! I provide individually tailored lesson plans for each student to tackle any subject in science and math. I'm able to provide help in most math and science subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Calculus.

For students who work with me regularly, I'm able to see them grow intellectually. I believe this is the most rewarding aspect of working as a private tutor. I also cherish the relationships I build with each and everyone of my students. Students' feedbacks and reviews also keep me motivated to strive to become a better tutor!

J helped me study for the MCAT this summer and I couldn’t have done it without her! For background, I had never taken any physics or biochemistry classes and I have a very poor understanding of organic chemistry. During class, J would help explain everything from the most foundational aspect and then we would build on my knowledge from there. Additionally, she would provide me with examples that I would not have been able to find in any textbooks which really helped me solidify certain concepts.
