Kaitlyn Gerstacker

I am a Fellow-in-Training at the Orton-Gillingham Academy with experience working with students K-12. Additionally, I have a reading specialist certification from the NJDOE. I am currently an instructional coach for reading intervention for the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District. I previously taught special education in the same district. I have experience teaching students of all ability levels in classroom settings and in one-to-one settings, with particular experience in working with students with dyslexia. I utilize Orton-Gillingham with each student, tailoring each lesson to the student's specific needs, and I keep my lessons engaging and fun through a variety of games and activities. My knowledge and professional experiences allow me to address any variety of concerns in your child's reading abilities and provide a path forward to stronger literacy skills.
