Hello. I have been in love with books forever! Perhaps you are as well. They teach us while entertaining us and so much more! Taking the time to talk about reading, writing essays, or improving vocabulary and grammar is a joy to me.
I am the author of "Frankie's Angel: A Child's Tale of Loss and Recovery." Also, I hold a Master's Degree in English Literature.

I especially enjoy listening to young students share their thoughts about what they have read. It is a fast-paced world and listening and discussing all types of literature from short stories to novels is somewhat of a lost art. It is a passion of mine to connect with young minds!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The typical process for working with a new student is a FREE 10 minute chat to get to know what our goals are. Then we will schedule the lesson or lessons at an agreeable date/time. I like to start off reading something or listening to a student express themselves verbally. A good conversation is key.
Short assignments and fun, interactive on-line time will then follow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in my second year as a teacher's assistant at an intermediate school. The Principal personally wrote my glowing review. I enjoy being in the classroom for the morning with several students that I can reach one-on-one. I have also tutored on-line for one year - with great success.
I have a Master's Degree in English Literature from Rosemont College, Rosemont, PA.
I have an undergraduate in Liberal Studies from Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ
