My name is Katie Vates. I recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Richmond with a degree in Finance and Innovation. I was a Division 1 athlete at Richmond while maintaining a full course load and tutoring job. I have vast experience tutoring all ages. When I was in high school, I tutored two young children (2nd grade and 6th grade) after school 3 days a week. As a college student, I worked as a peer tutor in the athletic department at the University of Richmond. I focused on tutoring courses in the business school. Furthermore, for the last two summers (three if you include this summer) I have tutored for the SAT and ACT. I am also able to help with the college essay writing process.
