What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I initially have a conversation with the parents and student, talk about what the goals are and get to know the family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have K-12 math certifiction in NJ as well as expert knowledge in Google Classroom, zoom, jamboard, CK12, khanacademy, MIRO

How did you get started teaching?
I did the alternate route to teaching and got a degree in Math.
What types of students have you worked with?
ages 5- adults. I can teach any age and topics up to Pre-Calculus
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Speak to at least 3 professionals with your parents present, get to know them as a person to see if it's a good fit and test them to see if they are responsible.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should think of what their goals are for the class, what their habits are, what skills they need to practice, and what their study space is like
