I graduated college not that long ago so I have a good understanding of why students struggle with certain things (cause I've been in their shoes!) and I find it really gratifying to be able to clear up their confusion. I have a really strong basic science background (biology and chemistry), and I have 2 years of experience tutoring these subjects, as well as college writing.
I love helping students understand topics they're having difficulty with! It's just so satsifying when you see the moment where it clicks for a student, and I love helping them grow their confidence and grades.

First I like to ask what they feel like they're struggling with, and then I like to go through their homework with them and see if I can pinpoint any more areas we need to work on.
