Aarsh Teaches

IHi! I'm Aarsh, a Finance graduate student at CUNY Baruch College with a bachelor's degree in Media Studies (Journalism) and a minor in International Relations from Hunter College. I enjoy helping students gain confidence in their academic abilities by making learning engaging, structured, and approachable. Whether you're preparing for an exam, working through a challenging assignment, or looking to strengthen your writing and reading skills, I'm committed to helping you achieve your goals.

I tutor English, social sciences, college-level reading and writing, and provide academic support for students with special needs. During high school and college, I authored numerous research papers in American History, the History of Western Civilization, International Relations, Foreign Policy, Media, and Communications, giving me a strong foundation in research, analytical thinking, and academic writing. I also have over two years of experience working with students with special needs through Hunter College's Office of Accessibility, where I assisted students with reading comprehension, note-taking, organizing course materials, and developing effective study strategies. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to their individual needs, creating a patient, encouraging, and supportive environment where they can thrive both academically and personally.
