Asa Leininger
About
Hello! My name is Asa Leininger, and I am an educator, theatre artist, and lifelong student of language and culture. I hold Bachelor's degrees in History and Theatre from Missouri State University and a TEFL certification from the International University of Catalunya. Over the past several years, I have taught students across the United States, Spain, and the Dominican Republic in a variety of educational settings.
My teaching experience includes English-language instruction in Catalunya, Advanced Placement History and Economics in New York City, youth development programming, and arts education for learners of all ages. Having worked with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, I strive to create lessons that are engaging, supportive, and tailored to each learner's individual goals.
As both a teacher and a creative professional, I believe learning should be active, meaningful, and enjoyable. Whether you are looking to improve conversational English, strengthen your academic writing, prepare for examinations, or build confidence speaking the language, I am committed to helping you succeed. My classroom is a welcoming environment where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth, and every student is empowered to reach their full potential.
I look forward to helping you achieve your learning goals!
