What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First and foremost I believe it is important to get to know the student. Everybody learns differently, and by developing a friendly relationship we can figure out just which way we can learn best together!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an actor I am very experienced in literary analysis. I find entertainment in looking beyond what is written on the page, and finding my own interpretation of the work in front of my. My greatest hobbies are also reading and writing.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher that works well with you! It is most important that you are feeling encouraged and hopeful by the end of your sessions.
