I will initially give an assessment to see their level of understanding and to target areas for improvement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 18 years of experience and hold 3 NJ certifications in Math and Reading, Teacher of Students with Disabilities, and K thru 6 Elementary certification. My experience is from Grades 4 thru 12.
