I am a college chemistry student and substitute teacher with experience working with students from pre-K through 12th grade. I put patience and kindness first, because I believe students learn best when they feel supported, comfortable, and understood. Through both substitute teaching and tutoring my younger sister, I have learned how important it is to adapt to each student’s needs and find the learning methods that work best for them.

When students work with me, they can expect a calm, supportive, and encouraging environment. I break concepts down into simple steps, give clear explanations, and check for understanding along the way. I enjoy helping students build confidence, especially when they feel frustrated or overwhelmed by a subject. My goal is to help students not only improve academically, but also feel more capable and independent in their learning.
