When it comes to teaching kids, you have to know that they all do not learn the same way. You have to adapt to their learning skills and then change the way you teach them so they can understand the material better. I make it comfortable by getting to know them (not on a personal level, but enough to understand their learning) and make amends to how I will tutor them in the subject they struggle with.

I like helping people when it comes to a subject that I'm a natural in. When there's a simple problem and I know the answer and how to get to it, I want to rush in and help to the best of my ability. I feel for those who struggle because I'm a sympathetic person. I love seeing someone else excel at something and their reaction, especially if I had something to do with it.
