What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with an introductory session. I like to learn what a student likes and dislikes about reading. Through a short interview I can devise different learning plans and strategize specific to each student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mother of four. We are homeschoolers. Reading is the first subject of every school day. We work on fluency and comprehension. I love reading with my children. I am a life long learner! I love to read and I love sharing my love of reading.
