I will always try my best to make sure the student fully understands the assignment and even if I cannot give them an answer immediately I will solve the problem on my own and come back with an explanation
I enjoy sharing my knowledge that I gained throughout my education with others and showing them different ways to solve problems. I've found one of the best ways to learn is through repitition and always say if at first you don't succeed try try again.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I need to see what areas they're struggling with once I see that I try and come up with a way to help them work through it. Also, study habits are important to develop at a young age.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was in school in each math class I had some of the highest scores in the class (sometimes even the highest score). I have a BS degree in University Studies with a focus on public health which encompasses a range of subjects including algebra, biology, chemistry (general) anatomy etc. Each of these subjects I made no less than a B+ in.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I would like at least $10/hr and the maximum amount is $20/hr
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The most important questions for them to think about are why they are struggling, and the best way to meet their specific needs.
