I have a MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy. I've chosen to become a math tutor because I enjoy helping others to succeed and I taught myself about Math and focused on understanding Math and how it relates to the world we live in. I have 15 years of Math tutor experience and have tutored many in students from elementary to high school and have tutored some adults who were struggling in Math after going back to school after many years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually like talking to my students to see in what areas they struggle with the most. After gathering some information, I like giving pre-tests to see where to begin and have them do practice exercises until they can grasp the math concepts needed to move on to the next level in Math.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a MBA in business administration. I struggled with Math in my earlier years of my education but turned it around through good study habits and through repitition. I tutored many students at the college I attended for two years during my undergradate program and tutored students in after school programs and Summer camps.
