About
Hello! I am Vanessa and I have a passion for helping others and reaserching. I am an extroverted person that has 3 year official history with customer services, but has been very involved in the field of English since high school as well. I have worked with my library’s peer tutoring center for 3 years while attending, specializing in the writing center.
I am a quick learner, an effective communicator, and motivated. I have enjoyed studying English and History in college and I love to teach others how to reach their fullest potential through communication and research.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8+ years of customer service experience and 4+ years of tutoring experience. I am currently studying to get my Bachelor's degree and I have been very involved in the English program at my schools. I have presented at the 2015 Capital Area Peer Tutoring Association and I have experience with one on one and group tutoring. I am currently getting my TEFL Certificate.
