I have a passion for helping young children excel in their studies. Patience and one-on-one practice with give your child the attention they need to blossom. Online schooling (especially with our current pandemic) is rough, but I can help your little one catch up, learn new skills, or keep up their current skills.
I love helping little ones flourish in their environment. I believe education is fundamental to a healthy and successful life, so every child should have the opportunity to get ahead! I truly enjoy seeing the joy on a child's face when they grasp a concept they had deemed impossible.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing I like to do is just test how much they know, what we can improve on, and their learning style. After that, I'll begin creating a lesson thats unique to them while incorporating fun! For example, I think that kids learn best when they're learning about what they love, so if your child has problems with math and really loves sharks, we're definitely gonna do some shark themed math!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with many elementary aged children in churches, school programs, and YMCA programs. As an after-school counselor with the Y, I work with children who need improvement with their reading and math skills.

I charge about $10 an hour.

I work with elementary school children, mainly 4th grade and younger, special needs children, and those who do not want to learn!
