My service stands out because as a 14 year old, I will be able to connect with students and get them to enjoy math. As a tutor for the MathCounts club at my local middle school, I am able to provide real world examples that apply to students in a simplified way.
The biggest aspect of math tutoring that I enjoy is connecting with the students that I tutor. I enjoy seeing that excited energy come out when they understand a topic.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I connect with the student and figure out where they most need help. Next, I create a personalized lesson plan that fits the student. I try it out and adjust it accordingly based on his/her results on assignments that I give them. Finally, I test them on the subject and make sure that they have a solid understanding of the material and can score well on it in class.
