Your learning and task completion is the top priority. This isn't about us; it's ALL about you! I've been tutoring since I was in High School; I love helping people learn. Plus as a former youth pastor of 8 years, teaching about "the Bible" and "God" to teenagers three times I week, I can help make what might seem to be boring or irrelevant material interesting and maybe even fun! I could go on, but you really don't care all that much about me (let's be honest). Here's some info on my education and background:

I've also worked as a finanical planner for 8 years, having acquired numerous certifications and have spoken to literally hundreds of groups on everything from Bible based & Christian living topics to leadership development & group dynamics to personal finance & investing.
I have have an amazing wife and 3 dogs - 1 giant Great Pyrenees, Samson (130 lbs!!) and 2 tiny ones: Romeo (5 lb Maltese - aww) and 9 lb Adora (Malte-chon). Hope this brought a smile to your face!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I learn about the assignment - in general (and specifics, if necessary)
Second you tell me your challenge/ how you're looking for me to help (including questions you have and what you already know).
Thirds I suggest how we can approach this and get it done.
Then we determine a schedule and get going!
