Morgan Gyger

I am a first year Nanoscience PhD student at UNCG, and just graduated in May from Purdue University with a Bachelors in Biological Engineering! I have 3+ years experience teaching math, reading, and science to elementary and middle school aged students, and now the experience to teach high school as well! Beyond academics, I enjoy watching movies, knitting, hiking, and spending time with my cat Frannie.

I think the most important factor to success in understanding is by meeting a student where they are and finding what makes the information click in their mind, adjusting approaches to help students find success, and make education exciting and rewarding for everyone. Flexibility in approach is what makes the difference for many students.
