My name is Koh and I am an experienced private English Language Arts tutor. I specialize in helping secondary students master the fundamentals of English grammar and rhetoric, as well as understand complex reading materials. Currently, I am a graduate student at North Carolina State University pursuing a Master's of Education (M.Ed.), leading to initial teacher licensure.
My education has led to a deeper understanding of various teaching methods and has allowed me to explore various educational technologies to enhance student learning. I have years of experience tutoring English and have firsthand knowledge of the expectations and struggles students face today.
My focus is to provide the best guidance and resources available to each student. I strive to recognize individual learning styles and acknowledge areas of strength and gaps in learning.
