Chloe Tutors
About
- I have experience in being a teachers' assistant in science, math, and writing classes.
- I have tutoring experience in Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Writing, and even classical piano.
- I wholeheartedly believe that anyone can achieve whatever they put their mind to. My mission is to encourage those who feel distraught or under confident in their academic studies.
I enjoy seeing the student's face light up upon understanding something they previous thought was unattainable. My favorite part is at the end of our tutoring sessions, seeing their confidence skyrocket. If I can't tell a difference in my student on the last day of tutoring versus the first day, I have not done my job properly.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The very first session with the student will be focused mainly on connecting and figuring the student's learning style. I also like to speak with both parent and child about their struggles and what they want the end goal to be, so that we can immediately begin to move toward that goal.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Because I am not a certified teacher, I typically do not exceed $15-$20 per hour, depending on the subject.
How did you get started teaching?
During high school, my teacher asked if I would be willing to tutor one of her younger students. I fell in love with it, and have done it ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students who have disabilities, and students who may think differently than others, but are no less smart.
