About
While I pursue a career as a college professor, I tutor students of all ages in subjects ranging from pre-K to college and beyond. I studied finance and economics at Utah Valley University where I obtained a bachelor's degree. While my education is focused in business, mathematics, accounting, economics, and finance, I also worked professionally in the university writing lab, tutoring students on all subjects including reading, writing, comprehension, philosophy, ESL, and much more. I am passionate about education and eager to work with your or your child to help you excel in any subject, prepare for tests, complete assignments, and achieve your educational goals!
I enjoy helping people realize a better quality of life through education. Connecting with students individually and helping them find success and joy in learning is my favorite part of being a tutor!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer a FREE initial consultation to discuss your tutoring needs and the services I offer. Once you're ready to proceed, we can arrange a single session or recurring sessions, based on your needs. I offer in person sessions near Salt Lake City Utah or online sessions anywhere in the world!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in finance and economics. While completing my degree, I worked in the university writing lab tutoring all subjects offered by the university including English, reading, writing, science, liberal arts, social studies, philosophy, and much more! I have extensive experience applying math, reading, and writing in professional settings. Additionally, I have tutored hundreds of students in these areas and many more.

How did you get started teaching?
I've been teaching, tutoring, and mentoringoat of my life. I worked in the tutoring lab in college and haven't looked back since.
