How did you get started teaching?
I am originally from Bogotá, Colombia. After being in the United States for a few years, I returned to Bogotá to visit family and friends. After realizing how beautiful our culture is in South America, I decided that I wanted to share my culture with students.
What types of students have you worked with?
I mainly work with high school students, and have done private tutoring for adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you and the teacher have established clear goals and that you agree in the process to achieve that goal.
