For APers, I begin with a diagnostic test that will help evaluate the areas where improvement is needed. As your tutor, I will help you answer multiple choice questions efficiently and with accuracy. In addition, I will provide recommendations for essay writing to help you reach your goals come time for the exam in May! As for general English students, my approach varies based on the skill you are aiming to master. Whether you want to work on reading comprehension, analytical writing, or another subject, I am here to help!
I am a current student at UNC Chapel Hill who has taken both AP English Literature and English Language and received 5’s on both exams. Understanding your student and their struggles is very helpful as a tutor. Likewise, as your tutor, I can provide advice based upon my recent experience as an AP English student.
