I first want to get a clear vision of where the student is with a concept. Does he understand nothing or are there specific areas that need focus and work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified teacher with advanced degrees in mathematics education. I have also been tutoring off and on for about 25 years.
