About
Hi, I am currently a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. I have a BS in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Biomedical Engineering.
I am a very flexible tutor when it comes to tutoring styles, scheduling, and payment schemes. I am young and down to earth, and I try to connect with my students to make learning sessions feel simple, low-pressure, and (if possible) fun!
As it relates to the costs and payments: I tutor as a source of income, but I hate scams and don't want my students to ever feel like they are wasting their money. Therefore, I come up with payment agreements that are designed to ensure my students feel secure -- no wasted time or money.
I enjoy working with students because I know the feeling of struggling with a subject/standardized test/application/writing and finally having a breakthrough of understanding/improvement. These breakthroughs are the most rewarding and motivating experiences that a student will have, and as a tutor, it is fulfilling to help students get to that stage.
