Jessi Lockwood

Hi, my name is Mrs. Lockwood. I have taught K-6th grade. I am a certified teacher and a certified special education teacher. I have over 15 years experience teaching. I have Specialized Reading Training and have worked with students with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. I am up to date on expectations and requirements with the surrounding school districts and the State of Missouri. I also have a very detailed understanding of Special Education along with a student's goals and understanding of the evaluation or evaluations. My students have been very successful and have grown in reading, writing, and math. It is very important to me to establish a great relationship with my student or students. James Comer said, "No significant learning can occur without a significant relationship." This is my motto for how I work with students.
