I truly believe that the most important skill of a good tutor is being able actually listen to what the student needs from me to make him or her successful. That is the most important step in building a tutor and student relationship. The first thing I do with any student is getting to know them, using my active listening skills to remember the important things like hobbies and what makes them happy. I college graduate with a masters in Public Administration, I never have taught in a school setting but my knowledge is very well rounded. In my professional career I am in mid management with experience getting best from people.
