About
Having an understanding of the complexity of the human brain and the ways to reprogram your thinking through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy , I have developed successful study methods that are adaptable to children of all ages. The method behind my guidance involves understanding the individual and how they think, process information and operate , whether it is successful , and which coping strategies can be applied to create a positive study environment to foster better recall and motivation to develop.
Whether it be emotional, social or scholastic support , I always enjoy helping people better themselves and attain their goals through planning. I'm well organized and have taught myself ways of overcoming barriers , being ADD myself.
