Allie Mags

I am Allie - a high school and college English instructor. I teach and tutor reading and writing by connecting to students' personal interests and helping them build skills that support those interests! I have a BA in Creative Writing (U of A - Fayetteville) a MA in English Literature (Mizzou - Columbia) and I am very, very close to finishing a MAT (Master of Arts in Teaching at Columbia College). My students would describe as a "creative goofball who has a deep understanding of the writing and reading skills this generation needs to find success no matter how they apply those skills." My motto is always: work smarter, not harder. Also: I always lead with FUN first.
