Stellar Science Tutoring
About
I am currently a student conducting my courses online, so I understand how difficult the transition can be to online learning. I am eager to help students adjust to this new platform and understand science! For my background, I am a senior Biochemistry and Molecular Biology major with a minor in Environmental Science. I have held many tutoring sessions for classes in the past, and I am currently a teaching assistant for an anatomy and physiology professor, as well as a lab assistant (until COVID-19 prevented me from going to the lab). I also hold many leadership positions, such as: president of Beta Beta Beta (a biology honor society), member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Theta Kappa, and Gamma Kappa Phi. I can teach a variety of courses in biology, chemistry, as well as environmental and life sciences. Some other topics that I can teach as well include: statistics, physics, psychology, and health science. My favorite topic is genetics and developmental biology (I am going to be enrolling in masters program for genetic counseling here soon!) I hope that I can help you during this interesting time, and I look for forward to working with you!
