My name Is Arianna, I am 20 years old and I have a 7 month old son who I love very much. I have about 3 years experience in tutoring. I love tutoring kids and feel very proud when I help them succeed with their needs. Im not all strict when it comes to tutoring. From my perspective, Tutors need to be patient with the student and learn to make tutoring fun as its so easy to get distracted and so unfocused. I love all my students and I learn to understand who they are as a person to know how I can tutor them and help with their homework. Good relationships with the students are very important.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
You need to be able to understand the student as a person and get to know them in order to know how to tutor them. Good relationships with students are very important. Make them feel comfortable and don't be so strict with them. Patient is a virtue too!

I've worked at a daycare center for 3 years and I tutored in high school for 2 years.
