Become acquainted with the student. Learn their strengths and weaknesses. Learn their interests and establish a rapport to determine their most comfortable format of learning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is from owning and growing small businesses. I have a masters degree in business administration and experience with tutors under my supervision. I have raised three children at various ages (2 in or completed college).
