What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process includes learning about the student and understanding his/her strengths, weaknesses, and apply them to their work. I usually like to take a part of the first session to understand the students learning style and adapt my teaching style accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Teaching Assistant for over 1.5 years for a information technology management course at the University of Minnesota. In addition, I have mentored and coached over 20 students for career, leadership, and school.

Per Hour. Will depend on the student, but usually will take per hour
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when I realized how much it helped me grow as an individual. I saw the power to empower youth and provide them further guidance to achieve their best.
What types of students have you worked with?
Middle School-College Students. I usually work with students that are ambitious and eager to learn.
