I am passionate about teaching. In my career I have taught many students at all levels including middle school, high school , college and graduate level students . More recently , I’ve noticed the increasing need for better home schooling and the important role focused tutoring plays in the development of learning skills that build a strong foundation for lifelong learning . I believe the first and foremost duty of a teacher is to encourage the curious mind and allow for a judgement free mental playground where they feel free to explore and learn the skills to approach any subject or topic with confidence and curiosity and not be held bac

I’m passionate about teaching and seeing my students succeed in their studies is my happiness and joy. I have an experience of teaching high school students in biology and chemistry for 17 years. One year teaching at university research methods and crop husbandry. Basically I love teaching because I see the change that makes in a person and that motivates me to do all my best to ensure the student is successful

I am a current high school teacher with an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and both an MA and a BA in English from Middlebury College. I am certified in Language Arts education and have taught students ranging from seventh to twelfth grade. Beyond grade-level coursework, I have also taught classes in Creative Writing, Theater Arts, Ethics, and Media Studies. I have tutored beyond high school, supporting college-level and adult education students and I strive to provide everyone I work with warm, actionable feedback. Skill development grounds my practice so families and students can confidently reach their goals!
