Hola!! My name is Rosamaria, I’m from Mexico City and I have been teaching Spanish for 40 years. I love teaching , it’s a very satisfying process to witness.
I follow my own curriculum that I created due to my experience teaching mainly adults, corporate people and people in general who is just doing it for fun.
Someone’s motivation, commitment and consistency are the key to learn fast and efficiently .
My curriculum is based on on the Target language, with illustrations, showing pictures and items is how I introduce the vocabulary that eventually will be the tool for communication, my classes are based on questions, answers and repetition, it’s a 50/50 participation in class with the student/teacher.
I highly recommend and suggest not to translate from the beginning to train your brain to focus only in Spanish.
