What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It's different for each student. The challenging part is finding how to relate concepts in science to concepts that the student already understands, but it's the best approach for understanding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a PhD in Chemistry in April of 2020. I have a few publications specializing in organometallic chemistry.
