I am a dedicated educator with more than 14 years of experience supporting learners from kindergarten through college, including adult students. My passion is helping students build confidence, strengthen their academic skills, and achieve their educational goals through personalized instruction and meaningful relationships.

I have extensive experience working with adult learners as a former Adjunct Instructor in the Academic and Skills Success Department at Washtenaw Community College, where I guided students in developing the study skills, critical thinking, and academic strategies needed to succeed in higher education.

Currently, I work for the Michigan Department of Lifelong Learning and Potential, where I support the Michigan Reconnect Program. In this role, I help adults ages 21 and older access tuition-free community college opportunities to earn a certificate or associate degree, empowering them to advance their education and careers.

Whether I am working with children, teenagers, or adult learners, I strive to create a supportive, engaging learning environment that meets each student where they are. I believe every learner can succeed with the right encouragement, effective strategies, and individualized support, and I am committed to helping each student reach their full potential.
