I have a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Saginaw Valley State University. I love reading diverse literature and helping peopl understand the intricacies of form and how different elements of plot interact to create good literature. I have a research background and enjoy teaching students how to write essays that will convey their meaning and provide an educated argument.

I have IRB certification, so I am qualified to handle confidential information and be professional. I was in the Honors program and have published my thesis, while currently working on publishing another article.

I love helping students succeed, and I think the best way to do that is to give them every opportunity for success. The best way to do that is through helping them practice their skills and work with different learning techniques. When the light bulb comes on, I feel my work has been done.
