About
I am a retired full-time instructor of Accounting and Business Law with over 40 years of finding ways to impart theories and concepts to a very diverse population of students, both in terms of age and prior preparation. For as many years, I have also been a part-time racticing practicing attorney in the areas of employment, real property and small business formations. I hold a BS in Management Science from University of Detroit/Mercy, an MBA from the Univeresity of Michigan and a JD from Michigan State University School of law.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My tutoring will be confined to what is generally called Principles I and II. I would start with a telephone interview to determine where the student is having difficulty, how long they have waited to seek assistance and how far back they have fallen.

$30.00 per hour if one student; $45.00 ($22.50 per student) if two who must come from the same school and instructor.
