Hi my name is Chloe Moore. I'm a private tutor. I currently attend Michigan State Univeristy as a 3rd year student. My major is Human development and family studies with a minor in Enviromental Health. I have been tutoring since 2015 in subjects such as math, english, writing, science and test prep. I can also specialize in a certain area within these subjects groups from grades k-12. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know a little about the student first. Then figure out what their strengths and weaknesses are, and how we can use those to our advantage in tutoring.

My rates start at $12 an hour- if I have to travel to you please let me know
How did you get started teaching?
I always had a love for teaching and helping people at a young age. I turned that into a hobby when I was 15 and have loved it ever since!
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students from grade k-12. Along with freshman and sophomores preparing for the SAT and/or ACT. I'm also a Applied Behavior Analyst, so I specialize in working with students on the austism spectrum.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Go with the person you feel the most comfortable with. Learning is supposed to be a fun experience, and we're here to make the experience as easy as possible.
