What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I look at thier sylabus and learning objectives. First I ask them if they are stuck on a particular topic.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had B.S from MSU with a major in Nutritional Sciences. I had taken all the premedical classes and graduated with 3.85 two years after graduating highschool. I had help tutor international students with biology and chemistry.

It depends on many factors, like grade level, distance, and socioeconmic status.
What types of students have you worked with?
I had worked with middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college undergraduates.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should be comfortable in reaching out to thier teachers when they are confused with a concept, or in need of clarifaction.
