As a graduate with Anthropology and Dance degrees, I’ve traveled to get to know the world around me. I have completed many courses in Art theory and Practice and am currently working on a certification to teach Fine Art.
To me excuting Fine Art is a technical challenge, and to develop the eye to see closely is priceless gift. I believe this type of awareness is transferable to many other areas besides the technical art world. This is why I love to teach: to help others to their “aha” moment is rewarding beyond measure.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with introoduction; I like to get to know the goals of my student and their parents. We review some of their work and I learn where they are in the process of learning. From these pieces of information, I create a unique study plan for the student.
